Association Management

Since 2009, Penman & Winton has had the pleasure of providing association management services and serving as the office for the Missouri Association of School Librarians (MASL).

Effective July 1, 2018, Penman & Winton’s association management business transitioned to a newly formed company – Concept 2 Completion (C2C) Association Management Solutions.

Concept 2 Completion (C2C) Association Management Solutions, owned by D. Scott Penman and Jill Hancock, focuses exclusively on association management services and maintains the same staff and location as Penman & Winton.

While the MASL Board sets the direction and policies of the Association, association management services provided to MASL by C2C include:

  • Conference & Meeting Planning
  • Membership Support
  • Leadership & Committee Development
  • Marketing & Communications,
  • Financial Management
  • Administrative Operations.
