2019 Library Snapshot Day

2019 MO School Library Snapshot Day

April 23 & 24

Continued Theme: #WhatWeDo

MASL is seeking information about your school library!

MASL is asking that you take a “snapshot” of your library on Tuesday, April 23rd OR Wednesday, April 24th, and share the information with us.  MASL is collecting data regarding library and resource usage on a typical school day.

***Note:  Only collect data on one of the two days. Also, if you are unable to collect data on April 23 or 24, please collect data on a different, single day prior to May 3rd. Participation is more important than the actual date!***

The information that is submitted will be compiled and used in future advocacy materials. It is our goal to educate legislators, administrators, and the public regarding the important services that school libraries and librarians provide on a daily basis.  Your participation in vital to reaching that goal!

You can use this handy Snapshot Day Tally Sheet to collect data throughout the day and then submit all the information via the online form linked below.

Data should be collected throughout the day on Tuesday or Wednesday (or another day of your choosing) and submitted online by 5:00pm on Friday, May 3rd.

Please contact the MASL Office with any questions.
